Returns & Refunds.

We want you to be absolutely delighted with your Keepsake Jewellery from us. However, as each product is custom made and bespoke to you we cannot offer a return unless:
 

  • a) the product does not match the order, or

  • b) the product is faulty. (This does not include worn items.)

 

 RETURNS

  • We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

  • To start a return, you can contact us at Sales@steffaniemariesentiments.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to the following address:

  • If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that if your country of residence is not United Kingdom, shipping your goods may take longer than expected.

​DAMAGES AND ISSUES

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.
    Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

  • Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

  • Discounted items are final.

EXCHANGES

  • The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

  • European Union 3 day cooling off period

  • Notwithstanding the above, if merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 3 days for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

REFUNDS

  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

  • If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at Sales@steffaniemariesentiments.com.

If the product(s) delivered does not match your order please contact us via email (sales@steffaniemariesentiments.com) outlining the problem and we will arrange the return of the said goods. Please remember to indicate your original invoice number and the name your order was placed under.

If the goods have a problem relating to the quality of the product such as a manufacturing fault, then a photograph as well as description of the problem should be emailed through to sales@steffaniemariesentiments.com within 30 days.

A refund will be offered only when an order is cancelled prior to any work being undertaken. If you need to cancel an order you should contact us as soon as possible within 24hrs. Due to the short turnaround times we try to work to, your order may have already gone into production.

If an order has been placed by the customer and subsequently produced by Steffanie Marie Sentiments a refund will not be offered on cancellation as the goods are custom-made using the ashes, hair or breastmilk supplied by the customer.

Finally, you have our word that we'll always do our very best to ensure that you are happy with your Steffanie Marie Sentiments Keepsake Jewellery. Our business has grown by word-of-mouth recommendations and we'd like to think that we're nice people and always do the right thing.
